Sol Plaatje in an effort to move with the digital times have included Digital Meter Readings to Sol Plaatje. However from time to time our meter reader right not be able to access your meter and or for any technical issues arising from system dependencies and data we might have to perform an estimate for that month.

We are working tirelessly to remedy this. Should you see the work ESTIMATE on your Municipal Statement. Please feel free to supply us with your reading information. And a picture of your meter.

• To do this. Follow these steps.
  
• 1. Register and Log into eOSS
  
• 2. Log a NEW ISSUE. 
  
•      Click Support on the DASHBOARD
  
•      Click NEW ISSUE at top of screen.
  
•      From the DROP Down select
  

• Choose Incorrect Water Reading
  
• Add your Account no in the Description
  
• Add some details that you would like to give to our support team
  
• Choose file and upload the latest reading image.
• and Click SUBMIT
• The New Issue will be logged to the help desk. and also show as PENDING
  
• on your DASHBOARD
  

We will review and update accordingly.
