Simplified Guide for Setting Up a Payment Arrangement
To assist our valued clients in managing their payment obligations to Sol Plaatje Local Municipality, we have introduced a convenient Payment Arrangement option via the eOSS platform. Follow these simple steps to set up your payment arrangement:
Login to eOSS:
Register or log in to your eOSS account.
Once logged in, ensure your account(s) are displayed.
Initiate Payment Arrangement:
Navigate to CREDIT CONTROL SECTION > PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT.
Click the PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT button.
Complete Your Payment Arrangement:
Select your account from the dropdown menu provided.
The system automatically calculates your Payment Arrangement by splitting your Current Due amount over three months.
Click SUBMIT to forward your Payment Arrangement request to our Helpdesk.
Proceed to Payment:
You will automatically be redirected to the Payment Portal.
Your EasyPay reference number and Payment Arrangement amount will be pre-filled.
Check the boxes:
"I would like to receive new letters."
"I am a human."
Update Contact Information (Optional):
You may optionally update your phone number and email address associated with EasyPay.
Finalize Your Payment Arrangement:
Click SUBMIT.
You will then see various payment channels available to complete your payment.
Need Further Assistance? If you experience any difficulty, you can log a NEW ISSUE directly on the eOSS platform, and it will be routed immediately to our Helpdesk for prompt support.
