How to ADD your Accounts

Once you have logged into eOSS with your Cellphone No and OTP you will be presented with your eOSS Dashboard.
If you were a previous user of Easypay Portal note we have migrated you to eOSS. And you will find all the ACCOUNTS previously registered all in be place.
For New users you will need to ADD your Account. This will need you to Click on the ADD Account Button and enter the Account Number and Associated ACCOUNT HOLDER name. And Click SUBMIT.
This will then be sent to our HELPDESK for approval. Your Newly added Account will display in your DASHBOARD with a PENDING status. Once the VALIDATION is completed you will receive a SMS advising account has been added alternately your will receive a call from one of our agents and or a SMS advising they require additional info. This process is completed ASAP.
