1. How to REGISTER
Registration Made Easy.
✅ Getting Started:
1. Click on the REGISTER button on the login screen.
STEP 2:
1.A registration popup will appear.
• Fill in your personal details as requested.
• ID Number: This must be your 13-digit South African ID number. It will be validated in real-time against the Department of Home Affairs for accuracy.
2.Enter your Mobile Number
• This can be your cellphone number or any mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages.
3. Click on GET OTP
• A 4-digit One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone.
• Enter the OTP in the provided field.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
• Tick the checkbox to accept the terms.
• A popup will appear, allowing you to view the full Terms and Conditions of the eOSS platform.
5. Click on CREATE PROFILE
• Once all fields are completed and verified, click this button to finalize your registration.
ℹ️ Important Note:
If you were previously registered on the EASYPAY Portal, your profile has been automatically migrated to the new eOSS platform.
All your linked accounts should already be available when you log in.
