A convenient Chat function is available at the bottom-right corner of the eOSS site.

This feature is powered by:

• 🤖 Solly (AI Assistant) – Available 24/7 to answer most queries.

• 👨‍💼 Live Agent Support – Human agents ready to assist during business hours.

Our Comprehensive Knowledge Base is integrated into the chat to help guide you through common questions.

🗣️ Talking to a Live Agent:

• The chat is monitored by our support team during office hours.

• At any time, you can type: “Live Agent” to request human assistance.

• If an agent is available, they’ll join the conversation.

• If not, you can leave a message and one of our agents will get back to you.

🕘 Live Support Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✨ Additional Chat Features:

• 🔁 Change your name for personalized interaction.

• 📧 Email your chat transcript to yourself for record-keeping.

• ✅ Access help articles, status updates, and more — directly within the chat.
